Repository Access

I've had to rebuild my Mac and somehow managed to forget what password I chose for the repository after receiving the welcome email.

I've tried the forgot password link but nothing seems to have arrived in either the inbox or my spam folder

Is this an automated process or is there a manual step somewhere and I'll need to wait until someone can look at it ?
