Someone's wired Ethernet with TCP/IP stack adapter supports TFTP for simple small file transfers.
It's just perfect for loading and saving programs & is so much more reliable than using cassette tapes.
There's no reason why the more modern wireless equivalent wouldn't work.

Someone's FPGA Microbee equivalent is already 18 years old!
Somewhere in someone's treasure trove is an ANSI/ DEC VT100 terminal emulator for the microbee.
The Alpha plus one supported colour.
