Capacitor Replacement Checklist / Shopping List?

Hi Folks 

Does anyone have a table of the Capacitors (and any other components) that need to be (or should be) replaced prior to firing up an old Bee?

I suppose there will be a list of caps in the Bee which may vary depending on the model - but also power supplies and disk units / diskette drives?

No definitive list but, rifa caps (usually power supplies), tantalum caps (personnel experience is a bit of pot luck, majority of mine have been fine, but they are known to go bang when powered on, I'd (and I have) wait and see but ymmv). Large electro power supply caps tend to dry out and have lower capacity and higher impedance. Any thing that bulges or looks suspect. Depends on your sense of adventure, the bad caps are easier to find as the smoke comes out.

Hmm.. I guess if you have all the parts on hand or available easily it wouldn't be a major issue - my soldering has gotten progressively worse and I now have a tremor, so firing one up isn't something I take a whole lot of joy in these days...

When I get to it I'll just have to open the case and order one of everything in before I can, or send it to Ewan to refurb for me.

Watching a video by Mr Lurch he mentioned the three rifa Capacitors in the CIAB power supply (which I am told is the same as the SBC01) require replacement - 

These (in the video) are 0.1uF and 2x 0.01 uF - but he doesnt state what voltage they are - can anyone assist ?  ( I assume a 275 VAC should be right?)
