Quick question, which 'Skin' are you using on the forum?
Have you changed it (via the UserCP) to something other than the default ?
UserCP -> Edit Options -> Other Options (right down the bottom of the page) -> Board Style
This should be set to either :
Use Default, or
Emerald (Release)
I don't think this has anything to do with it, but I'd like to rule it out.
