Having recently moved house, I'm now sorting through all my computer documentation and found an original copy of this book that I didnt know I had. The current copy we have in the repository is missing front & back covers and only goes to page 26. This is the complete A4 sized book that goes to page 98 plus covers. Scanned at 300 dpi and converted to a searchable pdf as usual.
