Microbee Technology Video Upscaler Mods - someone - 09-06-2025 Hi all enthusiasts, Has anyone modded it with a ESP8266 NodeMCU and SiS5351 clock generator? Apparently this makes it much more versatile. GBS Control delivers a really nice and versatile video sync solution. It doesn't cope with CGA out of the box still, but I use the Necroware adapter with my Microbees to get the video into a format that the GBS likes. The mod is reasonably easy as long as you have a steady hand to solder the wires to the SiS5351. I ended up using wire wrap wire and a really big magnifying glassĀ for that and it worked well. The only thing I have thrown at it that it didn't like so far has been my Neo Geo, and that is a real "b***h" to get working with any scaler. (I eventually used an Extron DVS 605 for that. Total overkill but it worked) GitHub - ramapcsx2/gbs-control GitHub - necroware/mce-adapter: RGBS converter for MDA, Hercules, CGA and EGA Hope this helps!
