Microbee FIRST FLEET Disks, Manuals, Notes, Worksheets and Database - ChickenMan - 11-08-2023

From my recent purchase of Microbee material there were 2 different original disks of First Fleet, manual, teachers notes, worksheets and a database printout. The disks were standard Microbee 5.25" disks that images 100% error free via my Floppyio. The rest of the documentation were all scanned at 600dpi and converted to searchable PDF's as usual.

These were all produced by the Education Department of WA and released via Wesoft. All the documentation differed from the ones we already have in the Repository which were produced by the NSW Education Department. The program was written by B V Cross in 1983 and updated 1987. The two disks were the same as 2 of the disks versions we already have in the repository (though 3.5" versions) and from their labels, one was released in 1983 (an MBASIC version) while the other in 1987. The 1983 version runs on Microbee 128k, 64K and the Star Network while the 1987 version excludes the 64k Microbee.

First Fleet is a collection of information about 777 convicts who
were transported to New South Wales on the First Fleet in 1788.
The information held on each convict consists of 12 items of
information, these are - age, term of sentence, date of sentencing,
value of the crime, surname, given name, alias, place of sentence,
trade and the name of the ship on which the convict was transported.

Our existing 3 disks of First Fleet, all ss80 3.5" versions, have been renamed to include their year of release.

So in the MbeeTech Repository in the Microbee/Software/Education folder we placed
