Thanks to kimjohn for making this edition available for scanning. The book is A4 in size and 42 pages long.
This is the Revised Edition, compiled in November 1982, is now updated by fixing all the error that were in the first printing (it has missing lines of code, wrong code, etc). We already have this original issue in the Repository.
