Access to the Microbee Technology File repository
To request and be granted access to the Microbee file repository, you must be a member of the
Microbee Technology user Forum. If you do not currently have a membership for the forum,
please sign up here : www.microbeetechnology.com.au/forum
By requesting access to the Microbee Technology File Repository ( the ‘MTFR’ ) through this web form, you agree to abide
by the following terms & conditions: (Clauses A to J inclusive)
A) You accept & acknowledge that access to the MTFR is granted as a privilege only, and not a right,
B) You agree not to violate any copyright ownership of the content that is available within the MTFR,
C) You agree that any of the ‘Works’ (software, images, documents, or other digitally stored items) that you download will be
kept solely for your own use.
D) You agree that content you download from the MTFR will not be re-distributed by any means whatsoever, intended,
accidentally, or by means of theft.
E) You agree that all content on the MTFR available for download is for use at your own risk.
F) You agree and acknowledge that no warranty is expressed or implied as to suitability of the Works to any particular need,
form, fit or function.
G) You agree that the Works are supplied 'as-is' with no warranty of correctness of information contained within.
H) You agree that you will not hold Microbee Technology Pty. Ltd., any of its subsidiaries, employees or contractors liable for
any loss you may incur whatsoever due to the use or inability to use the Works.
I) You agree that termination of this agreement by either party (you, the applicant, or Microbee Technology) requires that you
will delete all and any of the Works you have downloaded from the MTFR from any storage medium (digital or otherwise) you
have placed the Works onto.
J) Downloading any of the Works does not constitute any form of ownership over the Works.
